Downloads, Returns

Books purchased will be delivered by a download link upon return from Paypal or by an email attachment sent to you quickly after making payment at Paypal. Call or email or use the store contact form to communicate any problem or question and receive a rapid resolution. Digital products, once downloaded or delivered by email, will not be refunded. If you have any difficulty with a received book, tell us about it; we will always have a way to eleviate it.
